The reference body can not decide if you qualify for credit or not. The lender will form an opinion on information provided by the reference body on your credit history and then approve or reject your credit. A majority of creditors operate a points system for the information they receive from the Agency of credit services with other information such as age, occupation, if you own a house. This helps them decide to give you credit or not. But if you watched the other creditors know where to find the best, it will appear on your credit history and some creditors you may deny credit because of it - even if you can not accept any bid in the folder .
